HOW DO WE CHARGE?

For our WiFi SOS, Discovery Services we charge a fixed price for a set number of hours and then charge an hourly rate clearly set out on our website. 

For our WiFi TuneUp, DataHome TuneUp and WiFi Home+ offerings these are services provided over 12 months (payable quarterly), with pricing set out on our website.

For our Guru Design, DataHome Design, Family Protect, Silver Service, Home Smart and Home White Glove offerings these are custom services that are priced individually based on your personalised needs.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

All our services are covered by a 30 day warranty.  


If within that time your IT challenge reoccurs, we will return and resolve your challenge, for free. Reasonably, this assumes you did not change the equipment settings or configurations.  If for any reason we are unable to solve your IT challenge we will tell you and you won't have to pay for our time.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, just tell us. We want you to have a great experience with us and we always strive to improve.

HARDWARE WARRANTY

All hardware we procure or supply to you is covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty.

PRIVACY

At WiFi Guru, we are committed to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal information held by us. See our detailed Privacy Policy.

During the course of our work, we may have to access your accounts and/or your devices. It is likely that we may see your data (eg. messages, photos, files, etc). If there is sensitive data, please let us know beforehand and we will try our best to work around it.

If you have any concerns, please speak with us before booking our services.
